Alex is a Reading based solo artist. Not only can Alex deliver a full set of covers filled with classics to modern pop tunes, but he’s also an original artist, with a diverse repertoire and a wide range of influences. The singer/songwriter has also acquired an abundance of experience from his time fronting his bands, having gained live experience supporting artists such as Nick Grimshaw, Scouting for Girls and Toploader.
As well as this, he has played regular slots at some of London’s most prestigious venues, including O2 Academy Islington and Camden Assembly.
Alex’s debut solo original releases are on the way after his writing took off during the coronavirus pandemic. As well as this, he has plenty of reworked original songs of his band ‘The Taboos’ in his arsenal, giving the tracks a whole new spin. His versatile voice and style demonstrates that Alex is suitable to play to impress at a variety of events. Frontman swagger, his hit-filled setlist as well as his well crafted original material make him one of the strongest young upcoming artists around.
